Comfort in Work and Word

Date:11/9/25

Speaker: David Brown

Welcome and we are glad you are here! Enjoy this heartfelt time of worship.

This Sunday at Armstrong Chapel
“All your works shall give thanks to you, O Lord, and all your saints shall bless you! They shall speak of the glory of your kingdom and tell of your power, to make known to the children of man your mighty deeds, and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.” — Psalm 145:10–13a (ESV)

As part of our Veterans Day worship, we will honor the men and women who have faithfully defended the freedoms we cherish. May our prayers, praise, and thanksgiving reflect the deep gratitude of our hearts.

Join us as Rev. David Brown shares a heartfelt message titled “Comfort in Work and Word.” Together, we’ll explore how God’s Word sustains us, His Spirit strengthens the work of our hands, and His peace comforts all who serve.

Worship will feature the Armstrong Chancel Choir, Stacy Haney on organ, and the outstanding River’s Edge Brass BandConductor Kevin Michael Holzman whose stirring music will uplift and inspire as we give thanks to God for His enduring faithfulness.
