Growing Together in Faith and Friendship

Jesus showed us what real community looks like. He gathered people close—not to lecture, but to share life, encourage growth, and send them out to make a difference. That same spirit inspires our Women’s Ministry.
Here, women of all ages come together to connect, grow, and lift one another up in faith. Whether it’s over lunch, conversation, or prayer, we believe faith grows best in community—where we can learn, laugh, and live out God’s love side-by-side.

“When women gather, faith blooms.”

While quiet moments with God are essential, there’s something powerful about women coming together. When we share a meal, swap stories, and walk through life’s ups and downs, we remind one another of our worth and discover new strength in Christ. These moments of connection and encouragement are sacred—spaces where trust grows, hearts heal, and transformation takes root.
Small Group Bible Study
A welcoming community of women growing together through Scripture, prayer, and fellowship!
Women United offers a nurturing and supportive space for women to gather in faith, inspiration, and fellowship. Rooted in a shared desire to grow spiritually, this small group encourages deeper connection through the study of God’s Word. Each meeting provides a sacred and welcoming environment where women can openly share their joys, struggles, and insights, knowing they are surrounded by a compassionate community that listens without judgment and responds with empathy and wisdom.

Discussions are guided with a gentle, thoughtful approach, allowing participants to engage Scripture at their own pace while gaining fresh perspectives shaped by diverse life experiences. Beyond study, Women United fosters genuine relationships and meaningful camaraderie, creating a strong sense of belonging. Whether celebrating milestones, walking through seasons of loss, or simply checking in on one another, this group supports women as they journey together in faith. Through fellowship, study, and prayer, members are encouraged and empowered to face daily life with renewed faith, resilience, and joy.

Disciple
Led by Kent Smith
Wednesday night at 7:00 pm in the Armstrong Room

Disciple: Into the Word Into the World is the second study in the four-phase Disciple program.  This study proclaims the transforming power of Scripture while teaching Bible study skills that take participants deeper into the Scripture. The importance of keeping Bible study related to witness is reinforced while participants are encouraged to practice spiritual disciplines arising out of Scripture for the purpose of changing habits and transforming lives. The study also emphasizes the rhythm of coming to God and going for God, of being in the Word and in the world individually and corporately. This study understands the growing Christian as under discipline in community and in ministry to the world. Disciple: Into the Word Into the World approaches all experiences of life as opportunities for faithful witness and service.  Participants will each need to order a study manual and have a study Bible.

Period Packs Project
Every November

Thank You to Our Women’s Period Pack Volunteers!

A heartfelt thank you to all the incredible volunteers who joined us for our two-day Women’s Period Pack Project! Through your time and teamwork, we were able to assemble 289 bags of essential sanitary products for our mission partners: JP Parker School in Madisonville, Heritage School in the Princeton District, MEAC (Madisonville Education and Assistance Center), and IPM.

Our mission is to uplift women and girls facing financial hardships by offering access to essential sanitary products for their periods. The lack of these products can hinder their comfort, confidence, and even education or job opportunities.

When the people of God come together in small, intimate groups, a profound sense of unity and growth can emerge.

These close-knit communities provide a space for believers to connect on a deeper level, fostering meaningful relationships and a shared journey of faith. It is within these groups that individuals can find the encouragement, support, and accountability needed to navigate the challenges of life from a Christ-centered perspective. By gathering regularly to study the Word, pray together, and share their experiences, participants are able to build a strong foundation of trust and genuine fellowship. The richness of these small group dynamics allows for authentic vulnerability, honest discussions, and the mutual edification that comes from believers walking alongside one another. It is our sincere hope that by offering such opportunities for women to connect with like-minded sisters in Christ, a vibrant and close-knit community can take root and flourish. Through the power of the Holy Spirit working in and through these gatherings, lives can be transformed, faith can be strengthened, and the kingdom of God can advance as believers spur one another on toward love and good deeds. The potential for unity, growth, and impact is immense when the people of God choose to gather in these intimate settings, where iron can sharpen iron and the love of Christ can bind hearts together.
