Members of the ministry spend time crafting prayer shawls, lap blankets, stuffed animals, fidget bibs, and other comforting items, each made with prayer and intention. These gifts are shared with people who may be facing illness, loss, loneliness, or difficult seasons of life—reminding them that they are not alone and that they are surrounded by the love of Christ and the care of their church family.
Every stitch represents kindness, generosity, and a desire to serve others. The work of the Hands & Hearts Ministry truly brings comfort, hope, and joy to many, and their dedication is a blessing to our church and the wider community.
You do not need to know how to knit, crochet, or sew to participate. There will be many options to help such as creating tags, bagging, and sorting. The fellowship will be as important as the mission work and we hope you will come and be a part of something special! Bring a friend!
