The youth ministry of Armstrong Chapel warmly extends an invitation to all students and families to become part of an environment geared towards worship, education, service, and personal growth in cultivating a lasting bond with Jesus Christ.

The Youth Ministry is a collaborative community with Trinity UMC, focused on empowering young individuals to embrace life to the fullest. Within this ministry, members are encouraged to forge meaningful connections, deepen their spiritual journey, and create lasting memories. The collective goal is to foster a community where individuals can flourish spiritually through various activities and teachings, aiming to support each member in their journey towards establishing a connection with their faith. By becoming a part of this dedicated group, youth can embark on a journey of shared experiences and collective empowerment.

Let's embark on this journey together and embrace the transformative power of community and faith.

Core Values

Christ-Centered:  We create a ministry where Christ is at the heart of everything we do and everything we are.
Christ’s Love:  We demonstrate unwavering love for all, including those who are different from ourselves.
Biblically-Based: We design programs that explore the teachings of the Bible and connect them in relevant ways to the lives of today’s students.
Serving Spirit: We humbly and joyfully put the needs of others before our own.
Welcoming: We foster an inclusive, accepting, and nurturing community.
Student-Led: We empower students to lead through relational ministry among their peers and the world.

Youth Fellowship

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming collaboration with the youth group from Trinity UMC in Milford this winter. Through a carefully curated schedule, we will combine elements of fun, service, and connection to create a meaningful and memorable experience for all participants. Together, we look forward to gathering, growing, and building lasting relationships that will leave a positive impact on our community. Share as we embark on this exciting journey of coming together, learning, and creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

Congratulations to the 2026 Confirmation Class!

We celebrate this incredible milestone as our Confirmation Class has journeyed together toward their first public profession of faith and an intentional commitment to live as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. Their dedication, growth, and willingness to deepen their relationship with God is something truly meaningful to witness.

While Confirmation is not a sacrament in The United Methodist Church, it marks a powerful and important step in their spiritual journey. At baptism, we are welcomed into the new covenant through Jesus Christ and become members of the Church—Christ’s body in the world—often at a very young age. Through Confirmation, these young people have embraced that covenant for themselves, affirming their faith and choosing to walk more closely with God.

We are so proud of each of you and look forward to seeing how God continues to work in your lives!
