Welcome to worship at Armstrong Chapel! We’re so glad you’re here. This week, Rev. David W. Brown continues our journey through the Gospel of John with a message titled “The Mark of a True Believer.”

Together, we’ll explore what it means to truly know and follow Christ—not simply through words, but through a life transformed by His grace, truth, and light. Our scripture comes from John 1 (selected verses, CEB), where John introduces Jesus as the eternal Word who was with God in the beginning, through whom all things were made. In a world often marked by darkness and uncertainty, we are reminded that Christ is the Light that shines in the darkness, and that darkness cannot overcome it. Through Jesus, God’s grace and truth are revealed, inviting us into a deeper relationship with Him.

As we worship together, may we be challenged to reflect on the evidence of our faith and encouraged to live as people who have received “grace upon grace.”
